Afia Schwar poked fun at Delay in an Instagram post that went viral for the second time. You may remember that Delay urged young women to take ownership of their life and not stress too much over competing for the top a week ago.
On the back of her speech, Afia Schwar has written that she preaches virtue in public while engaging in vice in private. She asserts that Delay is the antithesis of everything she favors because she herself once aspired to be the football star’s wife as well as the side chic of a politician.
Afia Schwar dissed the radio and TV personality’s pompous speech in a lengthy Instagram post meant to “expose” her, but she also admitted that she had helped increase Delay’s self-esteem. Afia Schwar claims that Delay moved in with her 22-year-old lover Kobby in Emef Estate instead of staying in her Dansoman home because she was so gripped by jealously.
She claimed that Kobby mistreated Delay because she was so enamored with his wealth and, more specifically, his car. Delay will ride around town in Kobby’s car to put unnecessary pressure on young women and other women in the entertainment industry.
Recall that Deloris Frimpong Manso, better known by her stage name “Delay,” is a businesswoman, television and radio broadcaster, producer, motivational speaker, and women’s advocate in Ghana. She is in her 40s.
