Franklin Cudjoe wants tertiary institutions fees halved and 80 percent courses moved online.

Social commentator Franklin Cudjoe has said 80 percent of programs run by the various tertiary institutions in the country should be moved online with just few being taught in-person meetings.

His comment comes as fresh (level 100) students of tertiary institutions face accommodation challenges after school reopened.

Commenting on the accommodation challenges that fresh students who got admission into the institutions are facing, the CEO of IMANI Africa Franklin Cudjoe suggests 80 percent coures be moved online as this will reduce the stress fresh student are going through.

He again said school fees should be halved, cost of data and taxes revised.
