Part of the problems with elections is as a result of how the EC chair is appointed, Kofi Bentil has said.
The policy analyst and a senior Vice President for Imani Ghana has said that the means through which the chairperson or chairman of the Electoral Commission also attributed to electoral problems in the country.
There should be a constitutional review to change how they are being appointed, he again said.
According to Mr Bentil, three people should be nominated and be subjected to parliament for vetting after which one person will be approved to chair the electoral commission.
