The National Deputy Youth Organizer of the opposition New Democratic Congress(NDC), Edem Agbana has said some minister designates should not be approved by the vetting committee.
According to the national deputy youth organizer who appears on Pan Africa TV’s Hot News program which was monitored by thepunchghana.com, many of the president’s ministerial nominees must be rejected by the vetting committee because they do live up to expertation in their vetting.
He accuses some of initiating falsehood and perjury, an act which is punishable by law.
He however commended the vetting committee especially the NDC side of the commitee for the solid questions the nominees are being asked.
“The general vetting is very solid with research questions being asked but the answers coming from the nominees are very poor” says Mr. Agbana.
